A Chinese Celadon Ground Lotus Tripod Censer

Of compressed globular body supported by three baluster-shaped legs, accompanied by two rising handles on the side, all below the short cylindrical neck with an everted rim, covered with pale blue glaze and finely decorated with continuous lotus scrolls against Taoism motifs.
Height 9 3/4 inches (24.7 cm).
Condition: Wear, restored marks to the one leg, broken handles. Ask the Asian Art Department for more information.
