A Chinese Celadon Glazed Bats and Peaches Vase

Of tapered quatrelobe-section body intricately carved with stylized bats carrying branches of peaches amidst scrolling clouds. It is further embellished with bands of banana leaves and lappets along the splayed foot and shoulder. The flared rim showcases a key scroll border, and the entire piece is adorned with a pale celadon glaze. The base impresses a six-character apocryphal Qianlong mark.
Height approximately 13 inches (33 cm).
