As per labels applied, framed specimen is from Wyoming and of Knightia or Diplomystus species. The organic sediment specimen is from Brazil.
Approximate dimensions: The framed specimen is 4 5/8 x 6 3/8 inches, by 1 1/2 D. The longer specimen measures 2 H. x 8 1/2 W. x 4 D..
Condition: The specimens appear to be nearly intact, albeit the specimen in calcified mud lacks a tail.
