Two Chinese Red Ground Pleated Silk Apron Skirts

The first, a tightly pleated red silk skirt, embroidered with large peony flowers the second, a red ground skirt with front and back panels elaborately embroidered using couched gilt threads depicting elegant ladies in a garden setting, lined and padded with green silk fabric.
Length 38 inches (96.5 cm).
