Two Chinese Inside Painted Glass Snuff Bottles

Comprising: First is a large, flattened, rounded form inside a painted light blue glass snuff bottle depicting a hawk perched on a pine tree. It is inscribed, dated, and signed with a red seal, in the manner of Ye Zhongshan (1875-1945). The stopper is made of pink and milky hardstone. Together with it is a green and clear glass snuff bottle with painted scenes of elegant ladies in an outdoor setting on both sides.
Tallest: approximately 3 inches (7.6 cm).
Condition: the first bottle has a large crack and restored, the second bottle has cracks to the mouth rim and the stopper. Ask the Asian Art Department for more information.
