Date cyphers for 1875 and 1861, respectively.
A lily pad centerpiece dish and figural table decoration with a boy. The first, a trompe loeil design of cupped lily pads and lily flowers glazed in green, white and black. The second, a boy gardener seated on a tree stump, holding a basket, dressed as an 18th Century gallant. Glazed in green, pink, white and manganese.
Underside of centerpiece impressed MINTONS 1010 and stylized date mark. The figure impressed MINTONS and stylized dated mark.

Condition: shallow 5/8 chip to edge of one of the larger leaves professionally filled and over painted. Some typical wear and scratching to leaf centers. Light crazing overall, as is typical. Hat, head and right hand of figure have been off at some point, professionally reglued and overpainted).
