Two 17th Century Italian Maiolica Molded Dishes.

Attributed to Savona, Italy.
Circa 1690-1720.
Moulded with scalloped arches to rim above 24 scallops to cavetto, with raised flat centers, painted in yellow, brown and blue with a crest to one, and St. Anne with Christ, A .C, to the other.
The dish undersides are not marked except for old numerals and X. Old labels to reverses, W. and J. Sloane.
15 5/8 Diameter.
One dish with two very old staple repairs to cracks. The glue used to hold the cracks tight now shows as red to the plate backs. The other dish with an old restoration at 10 oclock, now visible.
