19 1/2 x 15 5/8 inches Frame: 23 1/4 x 19 1/4 inches.
Signed lower right: Raymond Howell.
CONDITION: In overall good condition. When examined under black light there are a couple minor areas of missing paint, one in the top left corner right under the frame, one in the lower left quadrant in the shadow of the carousel horse in the foreground and one in the upper right corner in the white mane of the horse. The colors are bright and the board is in good condition with no visible cracking.
