Signed with artist monogram lower left corner titled along the bottom margin: Soho Ap 24-20 titled verso: Old Club House Soho.
CONDITION: In overall good condition, when examined out of the frame the sheet is not laid down but was taped with archival tape along all four edges (only the top piece of tape is still completely attached. An area of foxing in the lower left corner 3/4 inch in from the monogram. No visible areas of missing paper or abrasions to the image.
