The cornice supported by two columns with corinthian capitals, the columns framing a round mirror, shelf with plinth beneath the mirror with a smaller shelf below, opening for the mantel below carvings throughout with floral, foliate motifs, shells, shields, etc.
Approximate dimensions: 126 high x 72 wide x 18 inches deep..
Provenance: Deaccessioned from the Fine Art Museums of San Francisco - Originally from the M.H. de Young California Street residence.
Condition: Very good overall considering age. Minor surface wear throughout. Corner with veneer chip.
