18 Diameter.
Black felt, with extensive cotton embroidery of spread eagle with cord, stylized geometric motifs to back, and two horseshoes, Thread colors natural white, blue, light brown, yellow and pink. band of blue and white Xs to brim. The felted brim with black concentric banded stitching every 3/8.
Circa 1925-1930.

Condition: Overall condition is good to very good. One light sploth / stain to brim near front ocrown. Other very light flecks of discoloration scattered toward back of brim. Pink trim to horseshoes is absent toward tops. Minor wear toward crown seam minor staining near wings of eagle and banderole.
