The bodhisattva is shown seated on the rock, in rajalilasana, the posture of royal ease, wearing a shawl draped over the shoulders and lopped over the arms, and a scarf tied around the torso, the dhoti tied above the waist falling in graceful folds around the legs, the face is well carved with a gentle expression below the hair gathered into a chignon behind the diadem.
Height approximately 36 inches (91.4 cm).
