D-Shaped form, modeled with figure of a woman emblematic of Trade and Plenty, seated on a cylindrical clock by a ships prow and an overflowing cornucopia spilling coins near an anchor. The lower base inset with Svres-style turquoise-ground porcelain plaques painted with floral wreaths and garlands. Porcelain clock-face with black Roman numerals.
4505 to the movement reverse, S.G.D.G. Durand also to the movment reverse. Illegible markings to case reverse. Rolletz Frres, Blvd. St. Denis, Paris.
