Four boxes formed as two part bases with covers, modeled as green cabbage cos lettuce red cabbage and artichoke. All modeled and painted realistically. All with insects painted in polychrome enamel to interiors ranging from ants to ladybugs to dragonfly.
Each with a painted blue enamel bell with clapper to underside .
Approximate dimensions: The cabbage box measures 5 1/4 H. x 5 1/4 W. x 4 D., overall..
Condition: Overall condition is very good. Three chips to leaves of artichoke. The cabbage cover is loose to the body. Each of the items has several examples of kiln speckling tiny glaze flakes.
