The rectangular case consisting of an oval shape mirrorplate centering a shelf flanked by twin corner quadrant mirrorplate panels, enclosed by incurvate turned pilaster stiles, over a shaped platform cabinet with an oval glass door, adorned by twin bays of two graduated spandrel shelves against a mirrored back, raised on twin tapered pilaster form stiles, over a lower recessed shelf headed by a galleried frieze.
Approximate dimensions: 74 high x 44 1/2 wide x 14 1/4 inches deep..
Condition: Some rubbing and loss to the gilt. Tears and significant wear to the red velvet upholstery. Several cracks and gaps in seams, some with repair. Small gap between upper shelf and middle section.
