The flaring bowl with scalloped sawtooth edge, cut with palmettes hobstars diamond point, and treble banded ellipses. Vertical banding below the chrome collar, above checkered cuts.

Provenance: Gifted by Theodore Edward Thal (1899-1978), OSU graduate and American Brilliant Cut Glass collector. Mr. Thal was an inventor and innovator in the fiberglass business.
Condition: Scratches to interior well from ladle scratches to exterior foot of upper bowl, from contact with collar chrome collar reinforces upper rim, where there are signs of chips and stress marks made in manufacture. Stand foot with minor nicks and chips, scratches and wear.
