Of globular form with a short neck, the body is delicately incised with five-clawed dragons amidst flames and clouds, separated by clusters of stylized lotus scrolls and ruyi heads, set between two bands of ruyi heads, a six-character apocryphal Jiajing mark within a double lined circle incised to the recessed base.
Height 7 7/8 inches (20 cm).
Condition: Overall wear and dents.
