Constructed with a front center opening, the black ground robe is finely embroidered in polychrome satin stitches and forbidden stitches to depict butterflies amongst scattered fruiting, flowering, and leafy stems, the border decorated with partial Buddhist treasure symbols, fruits, and flowering in blue and white stitches.
Length 45 inches (114.3 cm).
