Moulded shaped oblong, with stepped rim, painted with gold band to rim, and floral sprigs and sprays to the sides and the lower third of the face the well with slender gilt band enclosing a well-painted full vedutta style view of two figures by a river, admiring a castle and an extensive town-scape in polychrome enamels. The painting attributed to Joseph Keltner.
Impressed shield mark an O to the side of the shield and four dots under the shield and O.
