A Chinese Yellow Ground Baluster Figural Vase, Guangxu Mark. Of compressed baluster body rising from a short tapered foot to a waisted neck, enameled and decorated with continuous floral and stem scrolls over the yellow ground between ruyi and lappet bands, the bottom with four round panels under the 'Shou' and floral band in the shoulder, two square panels to the neck area, all depicting two figures in various garden scene, the recessed base incised with an iron-red 'Guangxu' reign mark. {Height approximately 16 inches (40.6 cm)}. Condition: Glaze crackles, enamel losses, some scratches, some defects to the rim area.
